Review current collection and show proposal what is needed to improve the general fit in the collection. Lead time is based on collection status and amount of options.
Optimization of Size grading
Consumer research to understand the need for the correct fit for different sizes. Set up a basic grading of different products, shapes and fabrics.
Price investigation & Negotiation
Review the product: create price calculation based on fabric price, consumption, trim price and CM to determine the exact value. Negotiate with vendor for a fair price while always valuing your relation.
